Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at kawiraafrica@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at kawiraafrica@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Size Exchanges We offer exchanges if an item doesn't fit. The customer is responsible for all delivery costs associated with the exchange. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.
